We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Intern to join our team and contribute to our systematic literature review projects. About You

Responsibilities
Protocol Development: Collaborate with senior researchers to develop clear and comprehensive review protocols, outlining the research questions, inclusion criteria, and search strategy.
Conducting Systematic Searches: Utilize various databases and search engines to perform systematic searches, employing effective search strategies to identify relevant studies.
Screening: Independently assess the eligibility of studies based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, ensuring the selection of high-quality and relevant literature.
Critical Appraisal: Evaluate the quality and credibility of selected studies using appropriate appraisal tools, identifying strengths and weaknesses in study designs and methodologies.
Data Extraction and Synthesis: Extract pertinent data from selected studies, synthesizing findings to provide meaningful insights.
Writing and Publishing: Contribute to the development of comprehensive review reports. Collaborate with team members to interpret results, draw conclusions, and create well-structured written summaries. Contribute to the preparation of manuscripts for publication.
Qualifications
– Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master’s program in public health, pharmacy, medicine, molecular genetics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
– Strong interest in evidence synthesis and research methodologies.
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
– Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in work.
– Familiarity using databases for literature searches.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Prior experience with Endnote or other citation managers is advantageous, but not mandatory.
– Prior experience in systematic literature reviews is advantageous but not mandatory.
