Turgay Ayer, PhD
Turgay Ayer, PhD is a co-founder of Value Analytics Labs and the George Family Foundation Early Career professor and an associate professor at Georgia Tech, and holds a courtesy appointment at Emory Medical School.
He has co-authored more than 50 scientific papers in the areas of healthcare analytics, real-world evidence, health economic modeling, treatment optimization, and machine learning. His research papers and findings were covered by popular media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, US News, and NPR. Ayer received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
