We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help us grow ValueGen.AI, our SaaS platform built specifically for pharmaceutical and medical device market access professionals. What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance features across our SaaS platform
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
- Create clean, responsive frontend experiences using JavaScript/TypeScript
- Create and improve clean, highly available, and secure backend experiences using Python
- Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and domain experts
- Debug, test, and optimize systems for performance, reliability, and scale
- Contribute ideas and help shape technical and product decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience developing both backend services and frontend web interfaces
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Professional English proficiency and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment. As such, we prefer that you be based in Türkiye or in a country in an adjacent time zone.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience developing software using OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic LLM APIs
- Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering
- Familiarity with vector databases and text embeddings
- Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
- FastAPI
- React
- LangChain
